The Coaching Perspective

Svetlana

The coaching part of this workshop will be led by Svetlana.

She is a certified Erickson Coach and Mental Wellbeing Trainer with over 13 years of experience in HR and leadership development.

Drawing on neuroscience and psychology, she works with practical coaching tools that help people strengthen focus, motivation, and mental resilience.

Her approach is structured, clear, and immediately applicable. You will not only understand your stress patterns better, you will leave with concrete strategies to manage them.

Stress isn’t the problem. Chronic, unmanaged stress is.

This workshop is for people who are high-functioning, capable, responsible… and quietly exhausted.

Together with Svetlana, neurocoach and mental health specialist, we are preparing a small-group Yoga & Coaching workshop focused on practical stress management tools you can actually use in real life.

What to Expect

  • This is not about escaping your life.

    It’s about learning how to stay steady inside it.

    In this workshop, we will combine:

    • grounding yoga practices that regulate the nervous system
    • breathwork to reduce physiological stress responses
    • coaching tools to identify personal stress patterns
    • practical strategies to create sustainable boundaries
    • reflection exercises to shift from reaction to response

    You will leave with both embodied tools and mental clarity.
