LUMI Yoga & Pilates was born from the lifelong friendship of Verity and Emmanuelle: two kindred spirits who have grown, laughed, and evolved side by side for years. What began as shared paths and deep talks about life slowly transformed into a vision: to create a place that feels like light, grounding, nurturing, and alive.

As life progressed, demanding jobs and motherhood redefined their understanding of balance, strength, and self-care. They experienced the very concrete challenges to carve time and space to care for one’s body and soul; the power of just showing up and the importance of joy to sustain that. That is the core of LUMI: a space to move, breathe, and simply be, amidst the beautiful chaos of modern life. A place that meets you exactly where you are.

For our studio, Emmanuelle brings clarity, structure, and the business mind; Verity brings intuition, healing, and soulful presence. Their friendship is the heart of it all: real, supportive, and filled with laughter. And that same energy flows through LUMI: a place where you can move with awareness, rest without guilt, and rediscover your light.
