Some bodies need something designed just for them. Specialist classes sit outside the main schedule because they serve a specific audience — not a specific goal. If you are pregnant, postnatal, or bringing a little one, these classes are made with you in mind.

Many of our clients start with little or no previous experience. Our teachers offer clear explanations and variations so everyone can move at their own pace.

Not sure which class to start with? Our Foundations classes are a good beginning — your teacher will guide you from there.

Many of our clients come once or twice per week and quickly notice improvements in strength, posture, and overall wellbeing.

Choosing one or two regular classes in your week is often the easiest way to build a sustainable routine and feel the long-term benefits of your practice.

Your first visit

What to expect at LUMI

Starting something new can feel like a big step, but we aim to make your first visit easy and welcoming.

Here’s how it works.

  • Choose any Pilates or Yoga class in the schedule and reserve your spot online.

    If you're new to the studio, start with our LUMI Intro Pass: 5 classes in 2 weeks for €65.

  • We recommend arriving about 10-15 minutes before class so you have time to settle in.

    Your teacher will welcome you and help you get comfortable in the studio.

  • We provide mats and all necessary equipment.

    Just bring comfortable clothing you can move in.

  • Our classes are marked with intensity and technicality scales to help you orient yourself and choose what fits you best. Check the descriptions!

    In any class, our teachers always offer variations so you can adapt movements to your body.

    You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to begin.
