Your first visit
What to expect at LUMI
Starting something new can feel like a big step, but we aim to make your first visit easy and welcoming.
Here’s how it works.

Choose any Pilates or Yoga class in the schedule and reserve your spot online.
If you're new to the studio, start with our LUMI Intro Pass: 5 classes in 2 weeks for €65.

We recommend arriving about 10-15 minutes before class so you have time to settle in.
Your teacher will welcome you and help you get comfortable in the studio.

We provide mats and all necessary equipment.
Just bring comfortable clothing you can move in.

Our classes are marked with intensity and technicality scales to help you orient yourself and choose what fits you best. Check the descriptions!
In any class, our teachers always offer variations so you can adapt movements to your body.
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to begin.
