BEGIN — Yoga Foundations

A rotating 8-week course designed for absolute beginners and anyone who wishes to build a confident foundation in yoga.

Each week explores one essential theme — from breath and alignment to Sun Salutations, standing poses, balance, twists and healthy spinal movement. While the focus changes weekly, every class follows the same clear structure. This allows you to join at any point in the cycle and still feel oriented and supported.

ENERGISE — Clear Your Head

A moderate, breath-led yoga flow moving through the whole body — opening sequences, standing work, and a grounding close. Flowing but unhurried. All levels welcome.

Gradually more awake and connected. The mental noise of the morning starts to lift as the body finds its rhythm.

Clearer, lighter and more present. Not tired — reset. Ready for whatever the day holds.

A consistent morning practice that improves mobility, lowers baseline tension, and makes the rest of the week feel more manageable.
