A certified yoga and Pilates teacher, breathwork instructor and holistic coach with a background in wellness, she brings genuine depth to her teaching but never takes herself too seriously.

Pilates with Johanna
STRENGTHEN — Shake, Sculpt & Soften

A three-part class that takes you through the full arc.

First: Shake — dynamic, rhythmic movement to warm the body and release what you're carrying.

Second: Sculpt — targeted Pilates-based toning to build strength and definition.

Third: Soften — a slow, deliberate wind-down of deep stretching and breath to close.
