Movement, imagination and calm for growing bodies and minds.

Our Kids Yoga classes invite children to explore yoga in a playful, creative and supportive environment. Through movement, games and storytelling, children develop strength, balance and coordination while learning simple tools to relax and focus.

Each class blends yoga poses, breathing exercises and moments of calm with fun themes that spark curiosity and creativity. Children learn to listen to their bodies, build confidence and connect with others in a positive way.
