Roberto brings a rich movement background to the mat, most recently trained in Power Pilates, with roots in gymnastics, pole dance, and calisthenics.

His classes move between strength and flexibility, closing with a mindful sequence that draws the practice inward.

Each session is an invitation to feel more present in your body — aware, controlled, alive. Come ready to work. You'll leave feeling like yourself again.

A full-body mat class combining standing sequences, core work and dynamic Pilates. Fast-paced with minimal rest. No equipment needed.
