About Gabi
Originally from Brasil, ballet brought her to Germany where she discovered Pilates during her training and injury recovery. What started as self-care became her path as a Pilates teacher.
In her classes she focuses on mindful movement, alignment and strength, creating a welcoming space with flow and attention to detail, influenced by her training in STOTT Pilates.

Warm-up with spinal articulation and breath activation, moving into progressive core and glute work using mat Pilates principles, closing with a short targeted stretch.
