Kids Yoga at LUMI (ages 4—10)
Little bodies love to move.
This class is made for the wiggly, the curious, and the ones who don't sit still — and that's exactly the point.
Our Kids class brings yoga and movement to children aged 4–10 through play, storytelling, and imagination. Think animal poses, breathing games, and a whole lot of giggling. It's their time on the mat — joyful, gentle, and always at their pace.
Alongside the movement, children build focus, body awareness, and a sense of calm they can carry with them.
For children aged 4–10. Classes run on Tuesdays at 16:00 and Saturdays at 11:15, 45 minutes each. Parents and carers are welcome to stay — or use the time for themselves.

What to Expect
-
Every class is a little adventure.
We move through yoga poses brought to life as animals and characters, travel through imaginary worlds, and find stillness through breathing and simple relaxation.
Structured enough to feel safe — free enough for little ones to truly play.
-
Each session runs for 45 minutes — long enough for little ones to settle in, short enough to hold their attention all the way through.
-
None at all. No perfect poses, no prior yoga knowledge.
Just an open mat and an open mind. We meet every child exactly where they are.
-
That's entirely up to you. Parents and carers are welcome to stay for the session — or step out and take 45 minutes for themselves. Either works perfectly.
-
Comfortable clothes they can move freely in. No shoes needed — we're always barefoot or on socks on the mat.
-
As mothers ourselves, we know how much it means to find a space where your child feels truly seen — and where you feel good about leaving them, or staying.
Kids Yoga came from a simple belief: that children who learn to breathe, move, and be still carry something with them for life. We've built this class with as much care as any class on our timetable — because little ones deserve that, too.
We're so glad you found us.
Warmly,
Verity & Emmanuelle

Pilates & Yoga for Parents
Current classes at LUMI
While we are developing our family programme, parents are warmly welcome in our regular Pilates and Yoga classes at the studio.
Many of our members are parents who enjoy taking a moment to move before or after picking up their children.
Our classes help:
• build strength and stability
• release tension from carrying children
• improve posture after long days at work
• create a small moment of calm in the week
Even one class per week can make a noticeable difference in strength, posture, and energy. Our morning and evening classes are especially popular with parents in the neighbourhood.
