Rooted within
A pelvic floor & yoga workshop
Most of us have heard about the pelvic floor. Few of us have ever really met it.
There's a lot of information out there — and somehow, still not enough space to actually explore it. To ask the questions you've been carrying. To move slowly, learn something real, and come back to a part of your body that deserves your attention.
This is that afternoon.
A specialist workshop for women who want to understand their body from the inside out — with movement, education, and space to ask the questions you've never quite asked.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Why pelvic floor & yoga?
Your pelvic floor holds more than you think. It's connected to your breath, your posture, your sense of ease in your own body — and for many women, it's a part of anatomy they were never properly taught.
This workshop changes that. Vera combines yoga movement with clear, grounded anatomical education to help you build awareness, release held tension, and strengthen in the right way — for your body, at this stage of life.
Whether you're recovering from birth, managing discomfort, or simply curious about what's going on in there, this session is for you.
What happens in three hours
You arrive, settle in, and let the day slow down a little.
Vera opens with a gentle arrival practice and breath awareness — no rush, no performance. From there, the workshop moves through simple anatomy (the kind that actually makes sense) and the connections most people have never been taught: how the pelvic floor relates to your breath, your posture, your stress levels, your nervous system.
Then you move. A guided awareness and strengthening practice, followed by release and relaxation techniques that work with the body rather than pushing against it. The afternoon closes with a pelvic floor-focused yoga flow and a long, nourishing savasana supported by sound — the kind of rest that stays with you.
You'll leave knowing more about your body than when you arrived. And you'll have simple, practical tools to take home with you.

About Vera
Vera holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and spent years in psychosocial counselling — working with trauma survivors, supporting young people in Berlin schools, and serving as deputy director of a refugee shelter in Munich. She later trained in trauma counselling at the Münchner Institut für Traumatherapie and completed systemic coaching certification at the Institut für systemisches Arbeiten.
Her path into yoga began in Mexico, where she completed her RYT 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training at Paraiso Yoga Sayulita. She has since developed a practice that weaves together mindful movement, sound meditation and nervous system awareness — always rooted in the same human-centered approach she brought to her years of social work.
What makes Vera's teaching distinct is exactly this combination: the body literacy of a yoga teacher, the relational depth of a trained counsellor, and a trauma-sensitive lens that creates genuine safety in the room. Her spaces are warm, grounded and entirely free of pressure or perfectionism.
She teaches Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and sound meditation — and brings all of it together in workshops designed for women who want to understand their bodies more deeply, and feel more at home in them.
