THE PROGRAM
What happens across four weeks
Each Friday morning runs 10:00–12:00: 90 minutes of workshop followed by 30 minutes of open conversation. Paola brings together rigorous science and the kind of honest, human conversation that postpartum women rarely get access to. No platitudes. No "bounce back" narratives. Just clear, grounded information about what your body and brain are actually going through — and what you can do about it.
The series builds progressively, though each week stands on its own if you need to join late or drop in.

Paola Carrillo Bustamante is a computational biologist and biomedical engineer whose work sits at the intersection of rigorous science and women's lived experience. As a mother, she knows firsthand how little of this information reaches the people who need it most. Her mission is to change that — translating the real science of postpartum into clear, honest insights that women can actually use. She brings the same depth to every session: the precision of a researcher, the warmth of someone who has been there, and an absolute refusal to oversimplify.
