Mama Pilates is a dedicated class for pregnant and postnatal women, led by instructors who understand what your body is going through. Whether you're growing a baby or finding your way back after birth, this is a space built entirely around you.
Expect gentle, intentional movement that strengthens the deep core, supports the pelvic floor, and eases the tension that comes with pregnancy and early motherhood. No rushing. No performing. Just you, your breath, and a room full of women who get it.

Ilaria
This circle will be led by Ilaria Palmieri — a mother and certified Pilates instructor with specialized training in pre- and postnatal movement.
Her background includes:
• Comprehensive Pilates training (BASI Mat & Small Apparatus)
• Additional certification in Pregnancy & Beyond
• A calm, clear and deeply supportive teaching style
She works with deep respect for each body’s individual timeline.
