Yoga meets Tea from Darjeeling
A Curated Afternoon of Presence
Sunday 21.06 13:00-15:00
Some afternoons ask you to slow down completely. To stop thinking and start feeling. This is one of those afternoons.
What can I expect
You arrive and settle in with a cold infusion and a moment of guided silence — a quiet threshold between the week you've had and the afternoon ahead.
Then you move. Lina leads a strong, balanced Vinyasa flow with space for every level, weaving in practical tools for nervous system regulation you can take into your everyday life. A long, restoring Shavasana closes the movement practice.
Then the tea begins.
Swikriti brings the circle to life with two rare Second Flush micro-batch teas — an Oolong and a Black — alongside firsthand stories from the high-altitude terroir of Darjeeling: the mist, the smallholder farmers, the living art of the leaf. The first infusions are shared in collective silence. Then the afternoon opens naturally into conversation, extra brews and community.
You'll leave having moved, slowed down, and tasted something genuinely extraordinary.
And the particular kind of calm that comes from two hours of real presence.
This workshop is for you if
You're looking for more than a yoga class or a tasting — you want an experience that connects both. You're curious about your nervous system and want practical tools to calm it. You appreciate slow, intentional moments and the kind of afternoon that's hard to find in Berlin. No prior yoga experience needed. All levels welcome.

Both, intentionally. The two practices are designed to work together — movement to drop into the body, tea to deepen sensory presence. Neither is an afterthought.
